المهندس احسان الرفاعي

Professor M. Ihssan Al-Rifai He was born in the countryside of Damascus and graduated from the Faculty of Informatics Engineering with a major (Software Engineering and Information Systems) from Damascus University in 2005. He obtained a master's degree in information systems management in 2010. Until a year he was the director of the technical support department at the virtual university 2008. He teaches several subjects in informatics and databases, in addition to supervising many graduation projects Currently, he is working as an assistant director of informatics, and a director of the software development department at the virtual university since 2014. He held the position of Informatics Adviser at the Qatari leadership since 2018. He is a member of the Administrative Committee of the Syrian Scientific Society for Informatics in Damascus, in addition to being a member of the Scientific Committee of the Arabic Digital Content Competition organized by the Syrian Virtual University.
